Eggs IN toast!

Eggs in toast is delicious! 
Ingredients:
  • Bread
  • Eggs
  • Salt   
  • Butter
Ok get out your griddle or whatever you call it
<---- this thing

Cut big holes in the bread and butter the edges. This will help the flavor. Then place the bread on the griddle and crack an egg into the hole of the bread. Mash the yolk a little while it's cooking. Wait 'till the egg is hard-if that's how you like them- then take it off the griddle and ENJOY!!

  2. You are right....it is a hot skillet or hot griddle. And, the name of this snack or breakfast is called a "TOAD IN THE HOLE". Funny name, I know. A friend of mine used to eat these for breakfast when he was young and he is now in his 40s.
