Egg-free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe for egg-free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes about 20 cookies

Ingredients:
  • 10 Tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  •  1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  •  1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
~In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until light in color. This should take around 2 minutes in a mixer, or 5 if you are doing it by hand.
~Add the vanilla and applesauce, and mix until fully incorporated.
~In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Make sure you do it really well, or you'll have salty spots in your cookies!
~Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring well.
~Once fully mixed, add the oats and the chocolate chips.
~Preheat your oven to 350F (175C)
~Scoop into balls that are about the size of a ping-pong ball, and bake for 8 1/2 minutes.

**The cookies will NOT look done, but let them cool on the hot tray for about 5 minutes, then move them to a cooling rack. THEY WILL BE MUSHY but...Once they are completely cooled, you will have perfectly soft cookies! ^.^ You may have to adjust the baking time according to your oven.**

**You can also eat as much of the cookie dough as you want (or as your parents will let you, haha) because there are no eggs in it! :D so no worries about salmonella or anything like that! ;)**

2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups  chocolate frosting (also on this post)
1 cup cut up (chopped) walnuts

For frosting you will need:
5 1/3 tablespoons butter make sure you soften it

1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons boiling water

How to make the frosting:
1. First get out a large bowl inside of it cream the butter. Then add in your cocoa, salt, and water (boiling). Stir until smooth
2. Add the powdered sugar and use beaters to stir it until frosting reaches to be like you could spread it. If it is too thick add just a little bit more water but if it is too thin add powdered sugar.
3. Use in this next fudge recipe.

How to make the fudge:
1. Get a 8x8 pan and put on foil then spray or rub butter onto it softly.
2.In a small (not too small) saucepan melt the chocolate chips low heat, stir constantly. Take out the melted chocolate chips ( chocolate sauce) from the heat and stir with the frosting and nuts until smooth. Pour into the pan and put in the fridge until firm. Once they are done cut into small squares.

Egg Salad

Howdy! I'm a new author! :D Amelia0308, or Amy Blythe, whichever
prefer. :)

So, Easter was Sunday, and everyone made hard boiled eggs, right?
I know I did!

Now the question comes up: what do I DO with hard boiled eggs? O.O

Answer: EGG SALAD!

Here's a recipe for egg salad!

Once your eggs are boiled, peel them and chop them up.

Add enough mayonnaise to your chopped eggs and stir it up in a bowl.

Then add salt, garlic powder, and mustard to your liking. You can also add chopped celery if you want. I like it. :)

With this egg salad, you now have many options. You can put it on bread with a piece of lettuce and make an egg salad sandwhich,

or you can eat it with crackers,

or even straight out of the bowl! It's completely up to you! :D

Enjoy! :)

Yummy Strawberry Shake

What you will need:
4 cups strawberries, hulled
2 cups ice cubes
2 cups milk
4 cups strawberry ice cream
2 teaspoons white sugar
How to make it: In a blender combine strawberries, ice, milk, ice cream and sugar. Blend until smooth

Tell me what you think about it on comments!
P.s Wanna add some more stuff put some whip cream and a cherry or strawberry on top and stick a straw in!

Lemonade!

Ingredients:
  • Water
  • Lemon Juice
  • Sugar
Ok In a cup pour water into it but not a ton. Then add lemon juice until it's how you like it, then put sugar in until it is sweet enough for you! If you want it to look fancy you can add a lemon wedge hanging on the side of the cup.

NOTE: You can use real lemon juice, or fake stuff in a bottle.

It's a great treat for a hot summer day!

Jellybean Cookies!

I should have posted this yesterday for Easter, but that doesn't matter. It is jellybean cookies! They are quite good tasting actually! :) Here is what you need:
  • 2 1/4 cups of flour
  • 3/4 cups of white sugar
  • 3/4 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 2 cups of jellybeans, any flavor you want
Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, and once it's wet enough, scoop it into balls onto a greased cookie sheet. Then bake for 10-12 minutes! They turn out great tasting!

That is what one of mine looked like.. it was a poofy one and you can't see the jellybeans, but it works!
